Has China deliberately launched a biological attack to position itself as the greatest superpower, flattening the industrial and economic capacity of its rivals? Surely he managed to get the Virus out of China, perhaps seizing the opportunity of the crisis that presented itself.

True what Donald Trump says, in the early days of the Virus, China blocked travel nationwide, allowing flights departing from China and infected the world.

China condemned the US travel band in its own, even though they had already canceled domestic flights and locked citizens in their homes.

The World Health Organization, close to China, declared everything, that the infection was not easy at all, that people without symptoms would not spread the disease.

The Chinese were well versed in biosecurity.

In the biowarfare literature, the difference between biosafety and biosecurity is important.

“Biosafety” now refers to factors related to the organism, human or non-human, that can pose a risk to life, including public health, the economy, social stability and the natural environment. Biosecurity therefore primarily focuses on key technologies and physical practices in a laboratory that prevent unintended exposure of pathogens and toxins to the external environment.

Conversely, “biosecurity” refers to the use of biological agents, or biotechnology, such as biological weapons or bioterrorism, including the organism’s ability to harm the national security of the state.

Xi’s remarks were immediately followed by an instruction from the Ministry of Science and Technology on strengthening biosecurity management in laboratories treating the novel coronavirus, suggesting that Xi had biosafety in mind when issuing the directive. All this feeds doubts about China.

In India, many military analysts are convinced that China practically launched World War III through its financial might to overthrow global powers such as the United States and other European countries.

These powerful countries are struggling to contain the coronavirus, and China is taking full advantage of the chaos around the world as it implements its strategy for World War III.

More lies and subterfuge of China are emerging with every passing day. Data about Chinese dead and virus-infected stand trashed. In one week alone, seven large funeral homes servicing Wuhan have been handing over cremated remains of around 500 people daily to families, suggests far more people died than official statistics show. A Wuhan resident told Radio Free Asia that these seven funeral homes with cumulative 84 furnaces were running 24 hours. According to another Hubei province resident, most people believe that more than 40,000 people died in Wuhan before and during the lockdown. Britain believes China’s COVID-19 casualties could be 40 times higher than the official figures.

China has been exporting defective equipment to combat COVID-19: 80% of 150,000 testing kits sold to the Czech Republic gave false results; 640,000 testing kits sent to Italy were duds; and 1.4 million face masks sent to Netherlands defective. These are but a few examples. If the same testing kits were used in China then how to calculate how many died due COVID-19 or were/are infected and how many otherwise. Unless China was deliberately exporting outdated testing kits and face masks pulled out from their dead – which the Communist Party of China (CPC) is quite capable of –  COVID-19 was released since President Xi Jinping is in a hurry to attain global leadership.

This also provided opportunity to eliminate dissenters/critics/Uyghur immune to brainwashing in one single putsch. Collateral damage to the home population is a small price for global domination considering a million Chinese died in Agrarian Reforms, up to 2.5 million during the Great Leap Forward, and 1.5 million in the Cultural Revolution.

The West was stunned when ‘Unrestricted Warfare’ – China’s Master Plan to Destroy America was unveiled in 1999. It took two years for them to coin the counter-term ‘Hybrid Warfare’. But the US ignored China’s galloping bio-weapon capacity, same as the China-Pakistan- North Korea (DPRK) nuclear nexus.

In 2018, China Daily boasted Wuhan bio-labs had a reservoir of 15,000 viruses. The weapon capability from the animal-to-human virus was converted to human-to-human sometime in 2019. WW I witnessed the arrival of battle tanks; WW II saw nuclear weapons and the devastation of Japan; China has decided on biological weapons for WW III, which it has just initiated.

Few probably noticed China’s strategy of ‘Deep Coalitions’ mentioned indirectly in ‘Unrestricted Warfare’ with references to the political role played by non-state actors ranging from credit-rating agencies to narco-mafias. A Deep Coalition can consist of one or more states, civil organizations, corporations, narcotics mafias, individuals, groups – multi-level players operating simultaneously multiplying, fissioning then fusing into others, and so on.

China applied ‘Deep Coalitions’ worldwide, exploiting systems, education, political donations, people-to-people diplomacy, and manipulating multi-level decision-making in foreign countries.

Individuals, organizations, corporate became targets. Cyber attacks and massive disinformation campaigns intensified, latter more after China Virus attack — spamming, stonewalling social media criticism.

Organizations like the UN were invested and the World Health Organization (WHO)- UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) bastardized. How Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus heading WHO was leashed by Beijing as Ethiopian Minister is in the public domain.  Japan’s Deputy Prime Minister has opined that acronym WHO may have to change to “CHO” (Chinese Health Organization).  UNHCR has little to say about China’s Auschwitz-like concentration camps in Xinjiang, while Chinese-Muslims are being found in mosques in India, some of them virus infected.

The diabolical irony is that China expects to make $1-3 billion exporting virus testing kits alone due to global shortages. India has ordered 10,000 ventilators from China. Being the initiator of the bio-attack, China has taken a lead to manufacturing enough stocks. China’s electric-car maker BYD Company claimed March 12 being the world’s largest biggest face-masks maker. China now claims to have found a nanomaterial to absorb and deactivate the virus with 96.5-99.9% efficiency. It wouldn’t be surprising that China had developed this antidote much earlier, probably used in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and will now market it making millions of dollars.

On August 11, 2015, China devalued the yuan by 1.9% sending shockwaves globally with a devastating impact on the US economy. Next day on August 12, Tianjin (Asia’s 10th largest port) was struck by America’s space-based weapon (Rod of God), destroying six city blocks. Western media quoting Chinese dissidents called it an act of “kinetic retaliation” by the Pentagon in response to China’s currency war. Shocked China blocked social media accounts and controlled information flow to prevent the public from knowing what had happened. It was reported that 114 were killed. It is possible that China had made up its mind of a biological response at an opportune time after due ‘preparation’ to negate further escalation. China’s resolve would have hardened with the ongoing US-China trade war.

China’s national strategy of military-civil fusion highlights biology as a priority. The subsequent release of China’s 13th Five-Year Plan in September 2017 put in motion full implementation of the development strategy of military-civilian integration in the field of science and technology.

The Communist regime has showed little concern about its own public killed due to the virus, collateral or otherwise. On the contrary, it is going about aggressive activities in the Indian Ocean Region and the South China Sea (SCS) unabashedly, in addition to global campaign portraying the virus came from the US or Italy.

While Wuhan battled the virus, China established two new research centers at Fiery Cross and Sub Reef in SCS on March 21. These are in addition to the one on Mischief Reef in Philippines waters that were ruled against China by the International Court of Justice in July 2016.

Xi Jinping sits pretty masquerading as the messiah to combat the virus. Countries are fuming but they know that their trade is dependent on China even after the virus has gone.  China has already warned of a second wave of attack of the same virus and, remember, Wuhan was the repository of 15,000 viruses two years back.
