Yemeni missile force revealed on Tuesday, 28 March, 2017, specifications of Qaher M-2 Balistic Missile named “Qaher”.
In a statement to Al-Murasel.net, Yemeni missile force indicated “We announce Qaher M-2, After successfully launching three medium-range ballistic missiles in a single blow for the first time on three targets at King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushayt in Asir, the tests on this type of missile have been completed” .

Qaher M-2 missile specifications:
Medium range ballistic missile
– further developped from Gaher 1 that was originally developped from SAM-2 rocket
– 400 km range
– Warhead weight: 350 kg
– High Accuracy is from 5 to 10 meters
– has been subject to several experiments before entering into service.
– Developed in R & D center of the missile force
On the other hand, Yemeni missile force announced the launch of three medium-range ballistic missiles on King Khalid bin Abdulaziz air-base in Khamis Mushait, in Asir.
These missiles targeted the command center, the airfields and the pilots’ city at King Khalid air-base in Khamis Mushayt,Missile force concluded.
